Why quit smoking? This is a number one question all smokers
ask
themselves when they decide to quit
smoking. For any non-smoker the
answer to this question seem to be obvious because everyone supposed to
realize how harmful smoking is. However it's not so easy for smokers to
understand why and how to quit smoking as far as cigarette is already
like an essential part of their lives. Some of regular smokers see some
benefits
of quitting smoking but still they think that their health is
already damaged and nothing can be done with it. Frankly speaking such
point of view is completely wrong since human organism has an

just to through out a cigarette and quit smoking. The main problem lies
not in question 'why quit smoking?' but in question 'how to quit
smoking?' as far as it's extremely difficult to find the best way to
quit smoking which will help each individual. First of all
you have to
find out more about various methods which help people to quit nicotine
addiction, you can speak with people in forums and ask for advice or
try someone's personal method. Of course it won't be easy to give up
smoking but you can always try and see if you can control yourself,
make firm decisions and prevail over a sigarette.
